At Frye, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
